Contractor Induction Information
Welcome to Coffs Harbour Education Campus (CHEC). At CHEC, a high value is placed on health, safety, and environmental protection. In entering into a contract or arrangement to provide services to CHEC your company has agreed to comply with the requirements detailed the handbook.
Contractors must compete the following before entering the campus:
- Read Workplace Induction Information document
- Complete the Workplace Contractor Induction Questionnaire.
- Complete the Risk Assessment Sheet.
- Complete the Contractors Induction Completion Sign Off at the bottom of the page.
If you are completing this offline, please fill in this document and give to Facilities Office A.G.29 upon arrival.
